Career Summary

Ben joined FRIC in November 2020 from Markerstudy, predominantly as a motor claims handler to manage claims. He also has a wealth of experience in liability and pet insurance claims handling.

Ben has strong negotiation skills to reach fair settlements and effectively resolve complex claims. He demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and provides outstanding customer service. He is well-versed in the Ministry of Justice Pre-Action Protocols, enabling him to handle MOJ, OIC, and non-portal liability claims.

Ben is a collaborative team player, working effectively with colleagues, adjusters, and claims/mutual managers.
